Free estimates are provided following an on-site evaluation of your property. An estimate is not a guaranteed price. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions discovered during work differ materially from what was observable at the time of the estimate - for example, if damage is found to be more extensive once work begins, or if unforeseen conditions require additional materials or labor.
Any change to the agreed scope of work that affects price will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds. We will not perform out-of-scope work without your authorization.
Work dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation or trip fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative date.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or agreement for each project. For larger projects, we typically collect a deposit before work begins and the balance upon completion or at agreed milestones. All invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payments may be subject to interest at the maximum rate allowed under California law. We reserve the right to suspend work on an active project if payment obligations are not met.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be stated in your written project agreement. Unless specifically stated in writing, no warranty is implied.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to seismic activity, flooding, soil movement, acts of third parties, or failure to follow any care instructions provided at project completion.
